Attorney Kelsey concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, commercial financing, business start ups, estate planning, landlord tenant, and bankruptcy law.

Attorney Kelsey received a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2002 with a Certification in Health Law. She obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Legal Studies from Teikyo Post University in 1998, and a Joint Associate's Degree/Paralegal Certification from Briarwood College in 1994.

Attorney Kelsey is admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the State of Connecticut.
